Tay Tuan Kiat

Tay began his career with Reuters plc where he held roles in sales, marketing and business development over a ten-year period. Thereafter, he was involved in running two start-ups in Singapore invested by the 3i Asia Pacific Technology Fund. Tay has worked extensively throughout Asia Pacific region, including Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai.  Prior to joining Media Monitors, Tay was General Manager, Hong Kong,  Macau and Taiwan for Reed Elsevier’s LexisNexis, where he transformed a traditional print publisher into an industry leading brand serving a broad-based clientele.  He holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the National University of Singapore.

     
 

Shan Chengjun

Shan was recently appointed as the manager of a new business division, Broadcast & Analysis. Prior to this Shan was the Operations Director cum Analysis Manager in charge of the entire operation team in Mainland China and the analysis team in Greater China. Prior to Media Monitors’ acquisition, Shan headed up a joint venture between IFM, a Germany-based sports sponsorship analysis company, and SinoFile Information Consulting Company Ltd., China’s first and the most professional bilingual media monitoring and consulting agency.  Shan has 14 years of experience in media service industry, with emphasis in sports sponsorship analysis and qualitative media analysis. He has also been exposed to different aspects of the business, including production, media analysis and business development.  Shan holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from the International University of Japan.
