April 16, 2013 | Dr. Jim Macnamara to Be Featured in PRNews-CARMA Webinar

Join Dr. Jim Macnamara on April 16, 2013 4:00-5:00 p.m. EST for CARMA's Third Quarterly Webinar, co-sponsored by PRNews, titled "Meaningful Metrics – Understanding Engagement, Influence and Impact:"

Beyond measurement metrics such as volume of mentions in media, impressions, reach and opportunities to see, share of voice, etc, standards being adopted worldwide call for PR and corporate communication practitioners to extend their focus towards outcomes and measure engagement, influence and impact, and demonstrate how these relate to business or organisational outcomes. To fully understand and adopt the standards, practitioners need to understand what comprises engagement, influence and impact.
Dr. Macnamara will be joined by PRNews Group Editor Matthew Schwartz, who will moderate the discussion.
