Written Reports 

CARMA’s in-depth analysis is delivered with a variety of frequencies and through a variety of formats:

CARMA provides weekly, quarterly, and yearly boardroom-ready reports to be used for strategic planning, presentation to management, and internal benchmarking. 

All reports are customized, client-specific and provide a varying combination of charts and graphs and written analytical commentary.

Report formats are tailored to suit our clients’ needs (which change over time):

• Executive Summaries:  a simple, single slide with multiple key metrics that can easily be added to a broader client presentation
• PowerPoint Slide Sets:  1-2 dozen slides with several charts and graphs with some nominal analytical commentary
• Fully Written:   6-12 custom-designed pages consisting of charts and graphs and written analalytical commentary. 

CARMA does not abandon our clients with a pile of numbers; we help put metrics into context to create actionable intelligence. We often answer the ‘compared to what’ and ‘so what’ questions.  In particular, we assess a client’s progress against Key Performance Indicators and provide our key findings and conclusions. Moreover, CARMA provides our clients with detailed written analyses offering insight and understanding into the subtleties of the coverage, how that fits into the big picture, and what it means for the client.

Click to enlargeDesigned by analysts, experts in communications measurement, and client managers who understand the needs of the PR industry, CARMA Online is a portal that provides clients with 24/7/365 access to their results and independently conduct their own top line analysis while CARMA analysts prepare more in-depth reports.  CARMA Online goes beyond simple key word hits identified by a computer, as all data is the result of our human-conducted research. Through one easy Web portal, clients can:

• View interactive charts and tables based on in-depth, custom research;
• Drill down into trends and individual article details; and
• Access additional data reports and fully written analyses produced by CARMA International analysts

CARMA Online is offered at no extra charge to customers of CARMA’s human-based analysis and reporting services. 

In-Person Meetings & Presentations
