Roberto Grad After graduating with a B.B.A. in Business Administration in the United States, Roberto joined Philips Petroleum to launch Ultrafertil in Brazil, a new concept in fertilizer. At Philips, he was responsible for all corporate communications, press relations, advertising, events and government relations, including the organization of the plant inauguration, which featured the presence of the President of Brazil, Ministers and other government officials. After joining Citibank to head Corporate Communications, Roberto later founded his own advertising agency, Grad, Dammann, recognized as one of the most creative agencies in the country, where he won numerous national and international awards. Roberto served as President of Hill & Knowlton Brazil for five years, where he coordinated PR work for clients such as Bridgestone Firestone, Delphi, AstraZeneca, Wyeth, Petrobrás, Continental Airlines and Santander. During that period, Roberto was appointed a member of Hill & Knowlton’s International Advisory Board representing Latin America. In addition, Roberto was a partner for five years at CL-A Communications, a traditional Brazilian PR firm with clients such as BASF, Bunge, Braskem, Carlyle, Red Bull, among others. He has published numerous articles in the Brazilian press.
Erica is a professional with 10 years experience in different industries such as petrochemical, beverage, financial and telecommunications in companies such as Braskem, Coca Cola, Banrisul and Telefonica. Before joining CARMA International, she was Public Relations Manager of Braskem, the largest petrochemical corporation in Latin America. She is a PR graduate of Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, with a Masters Degree in Public Relations Management at Leeds Metropolitan University, in the UK. Erica is a professional with 10 years experience in different industries such as petrochemical, beverage, financial and telecommunications in companies such as Braskem, Coca Cola, Banrisul and Telefonica.
